The study is devoted to the prospects of using sharing economy tools in agro-industrial clusters. The paper considers the concepts of «sharing economy» and «collaborative consumption economy». An overview of publications on the research topic for 2021-2024 is provided. The advantages and disadvantages of this business model, successful foreign practices of its application in the agricultural sector and strategic guidelines for the development of sharing economy tools in agro-industrial clusters in Russia are presented. Particular attention is paid to the prerequisites for the development of sharing at the state level. The results of the study can be used to achieve the goals of sustainable and dynamic development of the agro-industrial complex in accordance with the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation.
