Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This article discusses the main issues of the implementation of the national project "Cadres", conducts a detailed study of it and presents the structure, main directions and mechanisms of implementation, the reasons for its creation, its purpose and the task that it is designed to solve. Based on these data, a social survey is being compiled, in which 110 respondents from each republic under study participate. It determines the level of popularity among the population in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, awareness and efficiency of work at this stage of its existence. Based on the results of the survey, diagrams are compiled and the results are explained. Subsequently, ways are proposed to accelerate the pace of implementation of the national Cadres project.
