Abstract (English):
The article examines the importance of digital marketing in the construction industry as one of the key factors in increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of companies. The authors analyze current trends in the digital environment, consider practical examples of successful use of Internet marketing tools - SEO, social networks, content and e-mail marketing, PPC advertising and geomarketing. The growth of investment activity in digital channels and the transformation of communication with clients is emphasized. It is noted that digital marketing not only increases brand awareness, but also promotes direct interaction with the target audience, strengthening loyalty and stimulating repeat sales. The work has an applied value and can be used to develop effective marketing strategies in the construction business.
