Abstract (English):
Leadership topics and human resource management styles receive a lot of attention in research. In organizations, managers work at various levels of management and are usually involved in typical managerial activities such as planning, organizing, controlling, and directing. Thus, managers have to fulfill many different roles, including the role of observer, negotiator, representative and leader. The problem of defining, identifying and developing managerial skills in a manager is an important aspect of the philosophy of the organization and personnel management. The company's management often analyzes the organizational culture and climate in order to assess the satisfaction of its employees and their opinions on issues related to the work environment. These surveys are conducted and interpreted by experts who use the results to draw conclusions about the company's culture and climate. The term "socio-psychological" refers to a generalized perception of how an organization interacts with its employees and the environment. Thus, the socio-psychological climate consists specifically of internal factors and primarily depends on managers and leaders. This article examines the relationship between leadership styles and various other aspects of the socio-psychological climate.
