On the issue of personnel management in the context of organizational changes

Abstract (English):
In modern realities, personnel management should be built in such a way that, in accordance with current requirements and new trends, it can increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The purpose of this study was to consider the general issues of personnel management in the context of organizational changes. The article reveals their essence and tasks. The necessity of an integrated approach to personnel management in changing conditions is substantiated. Using Cheboksary International Airport LLC as an example, the results of a comparative analysis of the significance of management problems and their types in standard situations and conditions of organizational change are presented. Their causes have been identified. Conclusions are drawn about the conditions for the successful implementation of the route of organizational changes determined by management logic. Recommendations for improving personnel management in the context of enterprise transformation have been developed.
