Abstract (English):
At present, the most effective organizations are those that are able to be mobile, variable and flexible in decision-making in the context of the transition from competition between enterprises and organizations, in the range and quality of services provided, to competition between processes and their quality at the enterprise and in the organization. In modern conditions, organizations require a new approach to managing the human resources potential of both employees and the organization as a whole, the effectiveness of which will be largely due to the use of methods for its development. The article examines the concept of "human resources potential" of an organization, identifies and characterizes approaches to determining the essence of the human resources potential of an organization, determines the structure of human resources potential and the main stages of its formation.
