The paper presents the essence and possibilities of implementing a balanced scorecard for an air transport company. In the Russian practice of air transport, the balanced scorecard has been used to a limited extent. In this regard, the possibilities of implementing a balanced scorecard at one of the enterprises and the prospects for scaling in civil aviation are investigated. The aim of the work is to develop proposals for the implementation of a balanced scorecard for an air transport company in order to improve management efficiency, optimize business processes and achieve the company's strategic goals. The research examined the theoretical foundations of a balanced scorecard, including their relationship, benefits, and implementation methodology. Proposals have been developed for the implementation of SSP for Lukoil Avia LLC, including the selection of key business processes (aviation fuel management, maintenance, crew management, customer service), the definition of performance indicators (KPIs) for each process, and the creation of monitoring and control mechanisms. An assessment of the expected effect of the proposals showed that the introduction of the MTSP will increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service and increase the financial stability of the company. Thus, aircraft maintenance time is expected to be reduced by 25%, fuel costs reduced by 10% and customer satisfaction increased to 4.8 points out of 5. The results of the work can be used to improve the management system at civil aviation enterprises.
