Cost-effectiveness of investments in educational robotics: cost-benefit analysis
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the economic efficiency of investments in educational robotics using the cost-benefit analysis methodology. The study evaluates the direct and indirect economic effects of the introduction of robotics programs in the education system, including increased labor productivity, lower costs of retraining personnel and increased innovation potential of the regions. Based on empirical data from Russian regions, an economic and mathematical model for assessing the return on investment in educational robotics with a planning horizon of 10 years has been built. Practical recommendations have been developed on differentiated financing, standardization of efficiency assessment and creation of a system for monitoring long-term effects. The results confirm the expediency of investing in educational robotics as a tool for the formation of competitive human capital and a driver of regional economic growth.
