Assessment of the personnel security system of the insurance company

Abstract (English):
Personnel security of the insurance company is the main tool for preventing negative consequences and threats arising from unprofessional actions of full-time employees or dismissed. Therefore, insurance companies make great efforts to ensure personnel security, improve the qualifications and quality of personnel, strive to create an environment where employees understand the importance of ensuring security and take an active part in protecting the interests of customers and commercial information of the insurance business. To maintain personnel security, insurance companies develop an effective personnel policy aimed at increasing the loyalty of personnel and the agency network, identify and eliminate conflicts of interest, and ensure control of the human factor in business processes. In the course of the study, the personnel safety of Ingosstrakh JSC and its support mechanisms were assessed. Attention is also focused on highlighting internal and external threats to the personnel policy of the insurance company under study.
