Value orientations of Generation Z: a study from the perspective of personnel management

Abstract (English):
The conducted research in the form of a survey of people of the so-called generation Z allowed us to confirm certain values attributed to the "buzzers": the value of remote work, free schedule and high income, difficult attitude to the dress code and the need for subordination, but at the same time high salary expectations, sensitivity to a comfortable environment and the ease of changing jobs in case of dissatisfaction. This generation, therefore, has its own specifics, which cannot be ignored when building personnel policy and shaping corporate culture. For these purposes, and based on the analysis carried out, specific recommendations have been formulated for employers wishing to attract and retain representatives of generation Z, since it is this generation that will dominate the labor market in the next 15-20 years.
