Abstract (English):
Motivation is of paramount importance in the life of every enterprise, as it is one of the primary methods for increasing employee performance. The effectiveness of employee motivation largely determines the organization's ongoing operations and economic results. Motivation allows for increased company performance without significantly increasing financial costs. Therefore, motivation should be given a key role, as a significant level of motivation facilitates the implementation of effective professional activities and the organization's goals. This article examines the objectives of assessing employee motivation effectiveness, as well as the principles and methods of employee motivation. It also suggests areas for developing employee motivation within an organization.
