Theoretical and methodological foundations of managerial talent pool development: a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign approaches

Abstract (English):
This article presents a comparative analysis of domestic and international theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and training of a management talent pool. By systematizing definitions and classifying principles, key differences in management paradigms are identified: the normative-oriented domestic approach, focused on filling positions, and the flexible international approach, focused on talent management and strategic human capital development. The need for a hybrid model of talent pool training for the defense industry sectors is substantiated, integrating the systematic nature of domestic traditions and the adaptability of international practices. Based on the author's comparative analysis, the key principles are revealed, representing a methodological foundation for building an effective management training system for sectors critical to the strategic development of the defense industry.
