The article examines the impact of digitalization processes on the organization's personnel management system. It is shown that digital transformation is changing both the content of the main HR functions (recruitment, evaluation, training, development, motivation, personnel workflow) and the role of HR services in the organization. Based on the analysis of foreign and Russian research, key trends are revealed: the growth of the use of HR analytics and artificial intelligence, the development of remote forms of employment and training, the introduction of electronic personnel document management and HR-tech platform solutions. Statistical data from the World Economic Forum, Deloitte and HeadHunter are presented, demonstrating the strengthening of the digital component in human resource management and changing requirements for staff competencies. The positive effects of digitalization are noted (improving the efficiency of HR processes, personalizing training, expanding opportunities for talent management), as well as risks (increasing digital inequality, threats to employment of certain categories of employees, ethical and legal challenges). The directions of adaptation of personnel management systems to the conditions of the digital economy are formulated.
