Abstract (English):
In the context of the digital transformation of higher education and the growing uncertainty in the labor market, the role of personalized tools for supporting students' professional self-determination is increasing. Educational navigators and digital career guidance technologies are becoming important elements of supporting students at all stages of their university trajectory, from choosing a field of study to building a career strategy. This article explores the types, functions, and potential of modern digital solutions (online platforms, AI assistants, and adaptive recommendation systems), analyzing their capabilities in diagnosing interests, predicting career trajectories, selecting additional competencies, and creating individual educational paths. Special attention is paid to the pedagogical and ethical aspects of the implementation of such technologies, including issues of algorithm transparency, personal data protection, and the preservation of the human role in the decision-making process.
