Students' Motivation to Learn in the Context of Digital Overload and Attention Fragmentation

Abstract (English):
The digital transformation of higher education is fundamentally changing the formats of interaction between faculty and students, giving rise to new ethical dilemmas and challenges. This article examines key aspects of faculty ethics in the digital educational environment: respect for students' privacy and personal data, responsible use of proctoring technologies, transparency of assessment algorithms, appropriate use of artificial intelligence, maintaining professional boundaries in online communication, and ensuring inclusivity. Particular attention is paid to the issue of academic integrity in the context of widespread access to AI generators: how faculty can be simultaneously fair, demanding, and supportive. It is emphasized that digital ethics is not a set of prohibitions, but a professional competence based on respect, trust, and humanistic values.
