In the modern financial sector, remote banking services (RBS) are a system for financial transactions via digital channels, without physical branches. The author analyzes the transition from traditional approaches to digital models based on information technology, big data, and automation. RBS is a set of tools for remote interaction between banks and clients. The relevance of research into the evolution of product management strategies in remote banking services is confirmed by the growth of digital transactions in Russia – 15.1 billion transfers worth 4,573.9 trillion rubles in 2024, with RBS growing by 30% over five years. These changes require adapting strategies to digitalization. Traditional RBS management strategies are product-centric, focusing on standard tools and relying on manual management. The transition to digital platforms began in the banking sector in the 1990s: online banking, mobile technologies, and recommendation algorithms. Modern strategies are built on a platform economy, personalization, and integration with fintech. The study concludes that modern remote banking management strategies have shifted toward personalized strategies and a balance of innovation and security. Blockchain and metaverses are highlighted as potential development opportunities. The objective of the study is to examine the evolution of product management methods in remote banking, including the stages of transition and proposals for banks.
