This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the architecture of Bancolombia's shadow financial transactions as a backbone element of Latin America's criminal and economic ecosystem. Special emphasis is placed on identifying channels of integration of illegal capital (drug trafficking, corruption schemes, financing of illegal armed groups), decomposition of hybrid money laundering mechanisms through multi-level corporate structures and transnational branches, as well as assessing the degree of synergy between legal banking and the shadow economy, which made it possible to develop a multiparametric model of financial institution stability in the face of regulatory pressure and geo-economic turbulence. The practical implementation of the research findings is relevant for the tasks of improving compliance control, developing predictive algorithms for monitoring suspicious transactions, and developing strategies to counter money laundering in the global financial space.
