Modeling the sustainable development of the educational process of a higher educational institution

Abstract:
The concept of sustainable development encompasses and currently defines many areas of society. It includes economic, social, environmental and management aspects. An important direction of the managerial aspect is the sustainable development of the educational process of a higher educational institution. The educational process at the university is implemented in a complex multi-level system, in which the interests of many interacting teams, groups, subjects collide. The most convenient method of studying such a system is mathematical modeling. As a result of the interaction, the views of the subjects of the educational process change. There is a dynamic process of changing the typology of students. This process is described by the system dynamics model developed in this article. An example of a description of a training group consisting of three types of trainees by the level of knowledge acquisition is considered. Similarly, a model can be built for more types of learners.
