In modern business, one of the most widely used development concepts is the principle of maximizing the market value of the company. According to this principle, business is created and managed to maximize the market value of the company (or its capitalization). Creating business and capital value is a powerful driver and magnifying glass for identifying the criteria that will have the greatest impact for shareholders in setting the course for the strategic transformation of the company, as well as for the company's transformation program. As the number of large-scale mergers, acquisitions and takeovers of domestic companies increases, managers are faced with new challenges to increase the value of companies. The realization is that the owner has received a large profit in case of selling the business. The value of the company is the main criterion by which shareholders evaluate the company's activity and, consequently, the efficiency of its management.
