Development of an information system for managing enterprise copy and print resources

Abstract (English):
In today's business environment, it is crucial to effectively manage the resources of copying and printing equipment to reduce costs and increase productivity. This article discusses the development of an information system that collects data from multiple printers (number of printed pages, color usage, etc.), consolidates them into a single dataset, analyzes using Python libraries in Jupyter Notebook, generates reports, and forecasts needs for the next month. Such forecasts allow the company to optimize the procurement of paper and ink, leading to more rational spending and significant resource savings. The technologies of data collection, processing, and analysis are considered, as well as examples of practical application and implementation results.
