Usage of learning platforms in the practice of training stuff of a retail store

Abstract (English):
Under modern conditions of shortage of a skilled manpower, companies are forced to raise issues of staff professional development and its retraining. The article analyzes the experience of retail companies in using digital training platforms. There has been given an estimation to use Moodle platform online learning in a retail store, which resulted in performance indicators of the store after using learning platforms. The conclusions have been drawn about the effectiveness of the used platforms, as well as the need to use domestic training platforms in the work of staff training. The materials of the research will be useful for scientists and people studying the issues of building the systems of organization personnel training.
