The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the conditions of unstable financial situation of Russian economic entities, there is an increase in the number of various corporate conflicts. The topic of corporate conflicts has attracted the interest of the scientific community for many decades. The article is devoted to the study of corporate conflicts faced by organizations. The paper describes the types of possible participants in a corporate conflict. The main consequences of corporate conflicts are considered and methods of their diagnosis are proposed. The paper describes the constructive and destructive functions of corporate conflicts, as well as their social significance. The main stages of corporate conflicts have been identified. The main methods of countering corporate aggressors have also been studied, which can be divided into the following groups: methods of conflict prevention and prevention and methods of conflict resolution.
