Human resources are a fundamental element of the strategy of any transport company. The quality of services, competitiveness in the market and the success of corporate goals depend on the effectiveness of human resources management. The article discusses the issues of effective strategic personnel management. The opinions of experts and the scientific community are presented within the framework of the topic under study. It is determined that the HR strategy is a comprehensive system of personnel management actions aimed at ensuring the implementation of the overall strategy of the company. In addition, the paper presents the author's vision of the key elements of the personnel strategy of the transport company. It is concluded that human resources are a key element of the strategy of a transport company, the management of which requires an integrated approach, including effective planning through the selection and hiring of personnel, training, motivational programs and modern management technologies.
