. The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of economic sanctions on business and the strategies of companies' adaptation to new market conditions. The main aspects of the sanctions policy, including restrictions on trade, investment and finance, as well as their impact on supply chains, marketing and customer interaction, are considered. Key approaches to business adaptation are described, such as localization of production, diversification of sales channels, digitalization of processes, use of analytical tools and strategic partnerships. Special attention is paid to the importance of flexibility, innovative thinking and willingness to change for the sustainable development of companies in an unstable environment. It is concluded that crises can become a catalyst for new ideas, strengthening competitiveness and long-term business growth. It is emphasized that successful companies implementing innovative strategies can not only survive in the face of sanctions, but also create competitive advantages, anticipating future changes and trends.
