Abstract (English):
Relevance of the topic: Working in the digital content sphere for over a year now, I have repeatedly encountered the problems that arise when creating and managing information on the Internet. High requirements for the speed of publication, the quality of content, the need to adapt it to different platforms - all this makes the process labor-intensive and costly. In such conditions, automation becomes not just a convenient tool, but a critical necessity for effective work. Telegram bots have long established themselves as a convenient means of interaction with the audience and automated data management. With their help, you can not only organize the flow of content, but also optimize business processes, reduce the cost of routine and increase productivity. The question is, how cost-effective is their use? What real benefit do they bring to companies? These are the questions we will try to answer.
