The article examines the role of organizational culture as a key element in the management of modern companies. Various approaches to defining corporate culture are discussed, as well as its functions, such as integration, adaptation, regulation and development. Special attention is paid to the influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of employees, their motivation and interaction within the team. The article provides examples of tools that help to form and maintain a strong corporate culture, including adaptation processes, training and maintaining a comfortable working atmosphere. Various factors influencing the success of the introduction of corporate culture in Russian and foreign companies are also analyzed. The findings emphasize that a well-built corporate culture helps to reduce staff turnover and increase labor productivity. The impact of organizational culture on the company's financial results is to increase overall efficiency, reduce costs and increase profits. A successful corporate culture contributes to the sustainable growth of the company and the improvement of its competitiveness. In conclusion, recommendations are given to improve the corporate culture and its role in strategic management.
