Mentoring system in the state corporation "Rosatom"

Abstract (English):
The article examines the importance of mentoring technology in the process of adaptation of young professionals in government organizations, as well as its impact on reducing staff turnover and increasing employee motivation. The author emphasizes the need to scale mentoring as a system that promotes professional development and socialization of employees. The experience of the state corporation Rosatom is analyzed as an example of the successful implementation of this technology. Various types of mentoring implemented in the company are described, including mentoring for interns, young professionals, the personnel reserve and entry-level managers. Special attention is paid to mentoring as a tool for transferring managerial wisdom and developing leadership skills. The article notes that mentoring plays a key role in shaping corporate culture, contributes to improving work efficiency, reducing professional burnout and retaining qualified personnel. It is concluded that it is advisable to implement this system in other government organizations to ensure their sustainable development and competitiveness.
