Abstract (English):
Digital marketing communications play a key role in the modern business environment, contributing to effective interaction between companies and their target audience, increasing brand awareness and increasing profitability. The article discusses the theoretical foundations, goals and key elements of digital marketing, including the use of social media, mobile technologies, as well as the creation of high-quality content. The focus is on the advantages and challenges of digitalization, such as simplification of communications, personalization of offers and the need to master new technologies. The analysis confirms that successful companies actively adapt to changes by introducing innovations and applying a strategic approach. In the future, further development of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data is expected, which will provide companies with additional opportunities to strengthen their competitive positions and effectively interact with consumers.
