The article presents an analysis of current trends in the development of the global meat market. The key factors influencing the transformation of the industry are considered: population growth, urbanization, technology development, changing consumer preferences and environmental challenges. Special attention is paid to innovations, including the production of artificial and vegetable meat, and sustainable development issues. It also describes the prospects of the industry in the face of global challenges such as climate change, geopolitical instability and the need to meet the growing demand for products. The study highlights the importance of adapting to new market demands and introducing environmentally friendly technologies to ensure food security and preserve natural resources. It is concluded that the global meat industry is at the intersection of global challenges and opportunities. Solving environmental problems, introducing innovative technologies and adapting to changing market conditions will be key factors in its development. Success in overcoming these challenges will determine not only the economic efficiency of the industry, but also its contribution to the sustainable development of the global community.
