The relevance of the study is due to the fact that at present, personnel certification plays an important role in organizations. The effectiveness of the organization and its main economic indicators largely depend on the success of the certification procedure. A qualified approach to personnel certification also allows you to improve the work of employees, identify the main problems at an early stage of the activity and find ways to solve them, create the necessary conditions for the growth and development of employees, conditions for improving the style and methods of personnel management. Therefore, it is necessary to pay close attention to the certification procedure of the organization's personnel to achieve the goals and objectives, both in the short and long term. The article defines the main difficulties of personnel certification and develops the main directions for its improvement.
