Innovative models of HR management

Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to analyzing traditional and modern human resource management models, with a focus on innovative approaches such as Agile HR, EX-Driven HR, and Machine-Powered HR. The study examines the key characteristics of traditional models, including their administrative focus, centralized structure, and reactive approach. In contrast, modern models are presented as strategically oriented, integrated with business functions, and based on the use of technologies, including artificial intelligence and analytical tools. The paper also explores their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the features of their implementation and integration. Using the analysis as an example, we see the evolution of traditional and modern models of personnel management, its connection with scientific and technological progress and changes in the content of work and the introduction of technologies into personnel management processes.
