The article is devoted to the study of the role of organizational policy in the successful digital transformation of manufacturing companies. The work reveals how company policy sets the strategic direction, ensures consistency between departments and helps to overcome key barriers to the implementation of digital technologies. Particular attention is paid to the formation of an innovative environment and employee adaptation through the development of policies that support training, involvement and reducing resistance to change. An important aspect is monitoring and evaluating the success of the transformation, including the use of key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection systems and analysis of long-term results. The role of policy flexibility in adapting to changing conditions and optimizing approaches to digitalization is considered. The article emphasizes the importance of a systematic approach to managing digital changes, which allows not only to achieve strategic goals, but also to ensure the sustainable development of the company in the digital economy.
