The article examines the influence of leadership style on the effectiveness of interaction with staff in the context of modern management. The relationship between different management styles (authoritarian, democratic, and liberal) and their impact on employee motivation, engagement, and productivity is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of the emotional intelligence of the leader in the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the team and the development of trusting relationships. The research results are presented, demonstrating that an adaptive leadership style that takes into account the individual characteristics and needs of staff helps to increase job satisfaction and reduce staff turnover. In conclusion, recommendations are offered for improving management practices aimed at optimizing interaction with staff and achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
