The healthcare sector, being one of the most significant economic areas, is developing extremely fast. Global events over the past 5 years, in particular the COVID-19 epidemic, have had a significant impact on the management of healthcare organizations, forcing this sphere to change and adequately respond to the challenges of the new times. The main change has been the massive digitalization of processes, which has changed both the management of enterprises and the needs of consumers. This article examines the strategies and features of modern management of private and public medical organizations, and suggests new and rarely used ways of managing them. The findings and conclusions of this article are made on the basis of collected material and previously conducted researches. Taking into account innovations in management, innovative technologies and new ways of management, healthcare organizations will be able to increase their efficiency and determine the vector of their development in the modern economy.
