Abstract (English):
Modern project management techniques, such as advanced technologies and adaptable strategies, are essential to increase the productivity and flexibility of an organization. In the context of globalization, rapid technological progress and increased competition, traditional management approaches often prove to be insufficiently adaptable. You can reduce risks, improve teamwork, and respond quickly to changes using agile approaches such as Scrum, Kan-ban, and Agile. In addition, the possibility of optimizing project management procedures through the use of digital technologies and specialized software such as Atlassian JIRA and VersionOne is being considered. The cost analysis of innovation activities in Russia indicates significant investments in the IT sector, which confirms the importance of digitalization for the success of the project. Effective project management, ensuring that projects are completed in a dynamic and unspecified environment, is best achieved by combining flexible methodologies with structured approaches such as PMI and PRINCE2.
