Personnel management covers a whole range of tasks, including making timely decisions, searching and selecting highly qualified and trained specialists, the art of introducing them into the company and retaining them for many years, as well as the effective use of their skills, professional growth and social development. Despite its long development, personnel management still has many difficulties and problems. One of the main ones is the problem of motivation. Increased personal needs require companies to pay close attention to the social protection of their employees and search for individual forms of their motivation. In conclusion, it can be noted that effective management and high returns from employees are impossible without an emphasis on high-quality staff motivation. Thus, the use of effective methods of motivation in personnel management leads to an increase in staff interest, improvement of personal and professional qualities, as well as initiative, which ultimately has an impact on improving the quality of work.
