Modern approaches to the organization of the educational process in the SPE system

Abstract (English):
The purpose of this study is modern approaches to the organization of the educational process in the system of secondary vocational education (SPE), which are focused on practice orientation, digitalization, individualization of education and international standards. It reflects key areas such as practice-oriented learning; digital transformation; flexible educational trajectories - adaptive programs, tutor support, consideration of individual achievements; development of soft skills; international standards. The prospects of modern approaches to the organization of the educational process in the vocational education system have been established in the form of expanding the "Professionalism" programs; developing metaverses for professional practice; deepening international cooperation. The article points out that modern open source education is becoming a flexible system combining innovative technologies with a practice-oriented approach, which makes it possible to train in-demand specialists for the digital economy. Recommendations are given for improving this process, which consist in the gradual implementation of changes based on the best Russian and international practices.
