Digital technologies are becoming a key tool for shaping corporate culture, actively reducing the conflict potential caused by low awareness and disunity among employees. The article analyzes the trend of company digitalization through the lens of Benedict Anderson's theory of "imagined communities." The author proposes to conceptualize corporate culture as an integral digital phenomenon and explores how the virtual environment can be used as a strategic resource for strengthening organizational unity. The primary objective of this article is to systematize currently available digital tools applicable for consolidating employees. Special attention is paid to how digital platforms contribute to increasing tolerance levels, forming a common value-meaning framework, and developing mutual understanding among employees by overcoming communication barriers in modern work formats, as well as proactively preventing destructive conflicts and creating an inclusive communicative environment using digital technologies.
