The paper examines the features of microlearning as a modern tool for improving the effectiveness of corporate training. The relevance of this tool is positive when special attention is paid to studying the structure of microlearning and especially its integration into everyday work processes. In development of the article's objective, the cognitive advantages of short and target modules are reflected and presented in detail. The use of digital technologies and gamification in the processes of employee training is proposed for study and considered. The research objective briefly defines the main limitations of microlearning for deep theoretical mastery of the material. The role of strategic implementation of microlearning in the general system of corporate education is highlighted.
