The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) into the university's educational process opens up vast opportunities for personalizing learning, automating routine tasks, increasing student engagement, and improving the quality of educational services. Modern AI tools enable the development of adaptive learning trajectories, provide instant feedback, analyze academic performance, and predict the risk of student dropout. However, along with the benefits, the extensive use of AI comes with several ethical risks, including the violation of personal data privacy, the exacerbation of digital inequality, the reduction of critical thinking among students, and issues related to authorship, academic integrity, and technological dependence. The most important task of modern higher education is to develop ethical frameworks and methodological approaches that ensure a balance between the innovative potential of AI and the preservation of the humanistic values of education.
