The role of digital healthcare services in optimizing the costs of public clinics and increasing the availability of medical care
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digital health technologies on the economic efficiency of public medical institutions. The relevance of the work is driven by the need to optimize costs while maintaining the quality of care. The focus is on mechanisms for reducing operational expenditure through the implementation of telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and remote patient monitoring systems. Based on a theoretical survey of medical professionals, the impact of digitalization on key organizational processes is analyzed. As a result, significant economic effects are identified, including the optimization of document flow, reduction of administrative burden, and rational redistribution of medical staff's working time. The obtained data underscores the potential of digital solutions to enhance the financial sustainability of the public healthcare system.
