The article examines the potential of communicative research methods in the information support of the hotel industry. The study is focused on analyzing academic approaches to the interpretation and use of industry-specific information under conditions of increasing complexity of managerial and service processes. The aim of the research is to explore the possibilities and potential of applying a set of communicative analysis methods to the information support of the hotel business. The methodological framework of the study is based on bibliometric of Russian and international academic publications addressing issues of information support, industry reporting, and communication in the hospitality sector. As a result, key research directions are identified and prospects for the further development of communicative methods as tools for analyzing and improving the information support of the hotel business are outlined. The findings may be useful for the organization and management of hotel enterprises, educational programs in relevant fields, and further academic research.
