With the rapid growth of online commerce, companies are faced with the need to adapt to a dynamic digital environment. Online business is becoming a key factor in economic development, providing unique opportunities for global customer engagement. Successful e-commerce management involves choosing a sustainable business model (B2B, B2C, C2C, C2B), implementing effective technologies, and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy. Key aspects such as the use of social media, content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns contribute to increasing audience and customer loyalty. Flexible financial planning, adaptation to market conditions and the choice of an appropriate monetization model (subscription, advertising, one-time sales) are crucial factors for sustainability. The article highlights the need to integrate technologies, analyze the needs of the target audience, and create innovative approaches to ensure the competitiveness and growth of the Internet business.
