The article discusses modern approaches and technologies of commercial real estate management with an emphasis on the introduction of digital solutions and process optimization. The focus is on key management principles, including financial control, maintenance, tenant management, monitoring market conditions, and consideration of environmental factors. An important part of the analysis is to explore the role of technologies such as automated Building Management Systems (BMS), the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics platforms, and PropTech solutions. The article examines in detail the innovations in the field of commercial real estate that transform the management of facilities, allowing owners and management companies to effectively manage facilities using a single digital platform, optimize maintenance, improve interaction with tenants and predict market trends. Special attention is paid to sustainable development and energy efficiency as strategic directions of modern rental business. The conclusion is made about the need for further development of digitalization and cooperation between market participants in order to achieve sustainable growth.
