Cross-functional asset management is becoming an important element of modern corporate strategy, ensuring the integration of various functional areas to optimize resources and achieve corporate goals. The introduction of cross-functional teams, the use of IT technologies, the holding of regular strategic sessions and the establishment of common key performance indicators are the key methods of implementing this approach. These measures help to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve the quality of processes and increase the level of innovation. However, cross-functional management faces challenges such as resistance to change, cross-functional conflicts, and the lack of a clear company development strategy. Successful implementation requires employee training, the development of a corporate culture of collaboration and a clear management strategy. Overcoming these difficulties allows companies to increase their competitiveness and ensure sustainable development.
